NYC: If You Lived Here, You Wouldn’t Sleep Either

Six hours, give or take, in arguably the world’s greatest city. One D-SLR camera. One Gina Marie. Put these all together and what do you get? Many digital images, of course. I whittled a hundred or so down to the following “baker’s dozen” of my favorites. Eerily, nearly half of these feature mannequins and/or statues. (My day job working in luxury consignment has been rubbing off on my subconscious, it seems.) Now, without further ado, a glimpse at the most festive time of year to visit The City That Never Sleeps.

  1. Gina, your photos of NYC are as magnificent as always — I’m loving the Radio City Music Hall one, just look at all those colors!! Was your visit for anything (fun) in particular, or maybe you just like to visit during the Xmas season? Lovely post!

  2. Jacquie, did you visit NYC a lot growing up in CT?

Patricia, I enjoyed your feedback. We went for a visit as part of my extended birthday festivities. I’d originally planned to visit on my actual birthday, but Jeff had to work that day. :-/
