Tired of this? Well, so am I.
Winter, you’ve overstayed your welcome!
I’m ready for this, and changing our clocks for Daylight Savings Time this weekend here in the United States serves as a gentle reminder that spring is right around the corner. (Thank heavens!)

Driving today through the open fields of orchards, the orchards I saw looked a lot like your top picture…snow-flocked. Absent the snow, they were bursting with white blossom! Spring has sprung in California.
Wow, that is some seriously beautiful imagery, Angie. Enjoy the warm weather! It’s snowing here today.
God makes some breath-taking trees! I took a pic on my phone as I was driving (not suggested) but it failed to capture that jarring mixture of winter atop spring.
I recently came across a description of trees as “spirits taking form,” which I found to be a particularly lovely metaphor.
Thanks for reminding me about Daylight Savings 🙂 And beautiful pictures!
You’re welcome–haha. And thanks!
