Cake will keep for 4 days covered at room temperature. But chances are good that it will be eaten before the 4 days are up. ;-)

  1. Oh this looks delicious Gina! I miss eating sweets – but I had to pretty much give up all sugar and dairy since diabetes and high cholesterol runs rampant in my family :/ But – Let me live vicariously through a lovely (and skinny!) you! 😀 Enjoy!

    • Hi Patricia! Yeah, it’s weird . . . I totally wasn’t planning on blogging this, but I found myself snapping photos of the baking process for funsies and when I finished, I thought “Why not?”

Good for you for going sugar-free. I’ve tried that but it never quite “took.” Maybe someday. Anyway, thanks for dropping in. Always good to hear from you. 😘
